You don't have to be a crazy prepper to be prepared for anything life throws your way. In fact, being a sane prepper is a much better strategy. Here's why.


When you're a crazy prepper, you're so focused on stockpiling supplies and preparing for the worst that you forget to live your life. You become so obsessed with being prepared for an apocalyptic event that you miss out on enjoying the life you have now.

On the other hand, when you're a sane prepper, you focus on enjoying your life while also taking small steps to be prepared for anything that might come your way. For example, you might start by making sure you have enough food and water to last a few days, in case of an emergency. Then, you might move on to creating an evacuation plan for your family. And finally, you might consider investing in some supplies that would help you survive if SHTF (shit hit the fan).


But even if SHTF never happens, being a sane prepper has its benefits. When you take small steps to prepare for the worst, you end up living a more mindful and intentional life. You think about what's important to you and make sure you have a plan in place in case something bad happens. As a result, you feel calmer and more in control of your life - even when things are going well.
