The turning point for me was when I realized that neglecting my health now would only make me feel worse later on down the road. I didn't want to be one of those people who is always complaining about their health problems and how they wished they had taken better care of themselves when they were younger. So I decided to give this juice a try and see what all the fuss was about.

How to make time for the things you NEED to do, and still do the things you WANT to do.
I KNOW BUSY. 

I live it. Every single day.

So, when I told myself I was writing a blog post today, I made the time to do it. I looked at my list of blog ideas, and realized this topic was perfect.

Which is why I KNOW you need to hear this too.

We all have the same amount of hours in the day. We decide what we are going to do with those hours. If we have set obligations, we have less hours to get our other tasks done, but still need to do them.

This may look like working out for 30 minutes a week if that is all you can squeeze in, as long as you make the time to take care of your body. 

75 Hard (even though I am on my 3rd reboot at the time of this writing...) is teaching me about prioritizing the things that are important to us. I am spending 1hr 30m a day working out.

If you are buying them from a store, they can also be the most pesticide-exposed fruit available. They remain high on the EWG’s dirty dozen list because they are sprayed with pesticides post-harvest to prevent them from discoloring during cold storage.

I have found that anytime we eat at home is cheaper than those fast-food menus. Even if they lure us in with the dollar menu. By purchasing ingredients and making meals at home, from scratch, we can eat healthy, delicious foods every day. Without breaking the bank.
