Changing the way we look at self-care makes it so much less stressful. And honestly who has time to stress over the thing that is supposed to help us manage our stress??
So I scoured the internet, talked to friends, racked my brain, and I put together a list of self-care action items you can do in less than 10 minutes.

When I woke up late on Monday (because I stayed up too late... again), I didn't have time for a slow morning routine before getting ready to go to the vet. I usually write my morning social media posts, emails, and work for a little bit before really getting going for the day.
Whether the negative people in your life are sharing a bathroom with you, exist on the internet, or happen to acquaintances in the workplace, you can make the choice to limit the time you allow them to impact your life. Sometimes, we don't notice someone is a negative person until we start working on ourselves. Readjust as you need to. Remember that if your thoughts drift to negative space, it's time to evaluate who you are spending your time with.
