Get Organized: Tidy Up Your Physical and Digital Workspace for Maximum Productivity!

Today I am focused on getting my office organized. And it's a big task! My desk is cluttered with papers, old magazines, and random knick-knacks.

I'm starting by sorting everything into piles - one for recycling or throwing away, one for donating, and one for keeping. That way I can get rid of the unnecessary stuff and make room to store things that I need.

After that's done, it's time to find places to store the items I'm keeping and organize my desk drawers. I'm also going to tackle my shelves and make sure that all of my important documents are filed away properly.

With any luck, by the end of the day, I'll be ready to get back to work in an organized office!

On a related note, don't forget about your digital workspace! We did a Digital Decluttering Challenge on Facebook a while back, you can grab the whole list here.

It's easy to forget about all of the virtual clutter we have in our computers and on other devices. Make sure you take some time to delete any unused files, move important documents into folders, and back them up onto an external hard drive. You don't want to have a physical office space with everything put away neatly, but then lose track of important documents in the digital realm.

Organizing your office space and workspace is an important step to take in order to be productive. It may take a few hours of hard work, but it's worth it to make sure that everything is easy to find and out of the way when not needed. Plus, you'll save time in the long run by being more organized!
