Lately, my eating habits haven't been the best, I'll admit it. Those irresistible ice cream cones always get the best of me. They're just so tempting!

But hey, I've been making an effort to drink more water. Ever since I completed the 40-day water challenge, I've become more aware of when I'm getting dehydrated. It's actually pretty cool, right? I even have a cool water bottle that reminds me to stay hydrated throughout the day. It even has motivational quotes like "Stay hydrated, stay fabulous!" It adds a fun element to my daily water-drinking routine.

Alright, my body has been telling me to cut back on coffee. Apparently, the creamer isn't exactly friendly to my gut. So, I've switched to water! Besides, let's be honest, I've been too lazy to brew some morning tea. Maybe I should give herbal teas like chamomile or peppermint a try as a caffeine-free way to kickstart my day.

But let me tell you, after indulging in all those dairy products yesterday, I woke up feeling sick and heavy this morning. Ugh, it was a terrible feeling. My bra didn't even fit properly! And I have quite a few to choose from, but my favorite one felt a bit too snug. It's frustrating when you're trying to find that perfect balance between treating yourself and feeling comfortable in your own skin.

And those size small t-shirts I recently bought? Nope, not an option for my bloated belly today. So, I opted for a cozy sweater. You know, the oversized kind that keeps you warm on chilly days. I paired it with leggings instead of jeans because jeans would only accentuate how bloated I feel, and who needs that reminder?

But guess what? I had a little victory today. You know those gray slacks with cute little polka dots? Usually, I can't wear them when I'm bloated. But today? Oh yeah, I'm rocking them comfortably! It feels like a mini triumph, especially considering that these pants hold sentimental value. They were a gift from my mom almost 10 years ago. They were a bit snug when I first received them on Christmas morning, but not tight enough for me to give up on them. Well, at least not on my good days when bloating isn't an issue.

So, this morning, I took a couple of digestive enzymes to help break down all the indulgent foods I've been consuming. I'm determined to eat well today, resist the tempting calls from the freezer, and be grateful that even though I may have taken a step backwards, it's still so much better than where I started. It's all about progress, not perfection.

Remember, stumbling and taking a step backward doesn't mean you've failed. You just need to pick yourself up and keep moving forward. Another step, my friend, another step. And maybe, just maybe, along the way, we'll find that perfect balance between treating ourselves and nourishing our bodies.
