Sparkling Bathrooms in Just One Day: Deep Cleaning Challenge Day 13
Welcome to Day 13 of our one-month deep cleaning challenge! Today, we are deep cleaning our bathrooms, and we hope you’ve been keeping up with the daily tasks so far. If not, don’t worry. This is a great opportunity to catch up and get your home sparkling clean.

Cleaning the bathroom may not be our favorite task, but it is essential to maintain a hygienic and healthy home. A clean bathroom feels great to use, and it’s a place where you can relax and unwind. So, let’s dive in and get those bathrooms sparkling clean.

Start by decluttering your bathroom. Remove any items that you no longer use or need. This includes old make-up, expired medicines, and empty shampoo bottles. You’ll be surprised at how much space you’ll free up by doing this. After decluttering, it’s time to dust your bathroom. Use a microfiber cloth to dust your shelves, mirrors, and the top of your medicine cabinet.

Next, let’s tackle the toilet. Put on a pair of rubber gloves and use a toilet cleaner to clean the inside of the bowl. After scrubbing, let it sit, and move onto the outside. Use a disinfectant spray to clean the lid, the seat, and the base of the toilet. Don’t forget the area behind the toilet. It’s a great spot for dust and cobwebs too!

The sink and countertop are next. Remove any items before you start cleaning. You can use a disinfectant spray to clean the sink and the countertop. For tough soap scum, use a baking soda and water mixture to scrub it away. Clean the bathroom mirrors using a glass cleaner. Don't forget the edges of the mirrors too!

The shower and tub are often the toughest areas to clean in the bathroom. If you have tough stains, a mix of baking soda and vinegar can work wonders. Apply the paste and let it sit for an hour. Then scrub away with a brush, rinse the surface with water, and dry. It’s also a good idea to remove any hair from the drain during the cleaning process.

Finally, clean the floors. Sweep away any dust or debris, and then use a mop or a steam cleaner. It’s best to use a disinfectant cleaner for this task to ensure that you’re killing any germs and bacteria that may be present on the surface.

Congratulations, you did it! Your bathrooms are clean and sparkling! We understand that cleaning the bathroom isn’t the most exciting task, but it’s necessary. We hope that our one-month deep cleaning challenge has made the process a little easier for you. Remember to keep up with the daily tasks and take pride in your clean and organized home. Stay tuned for tomorrow's deep cleaning task!
